통합 ( Integration : 오쇼)

Man ordinarily is a crowd. No man ordinarily is one, but many. And that's why there is so much noise within - many voices, many faces - and a constant quarrel. One part wants to do one thing. Another part is simply against it and wants to do something else. It is a miracle how we go on managing to keep ourselves together. Otherwise we are constantly falling apart. There is no center. The master is missing. There are only servants, and each servant is trying to claim masterhood. For a moment each servant sits on the throne, proclaims himself the master, and in that moment you think, "This is the master." When there is anger, anger becomes the master, but soon it will be gone. It is a constantly changing scene. After anger comes regret. Then regret is the master and you feel sorry. Sometimes it is love, sometimes it is hate, and the scenes change so fast. Still you do not become aware that you cannot be so many things. We become identified with anything that comes in front of us. When the cloud of anger is there we think we are anger. When the cloud of love is there we think we are love. When compassion is there we think we are compassion. When sadness is there we think we are sadness.
We are none of these - we are the watcher! Anger will come and go and the watcher abides. Sadness comes and passes by and the witness remains. To remember that witness more and more will make you integrated, because that is the only center which is everlasting, eternal. Only on the eternal rock of witnessing can a real life be built.

일상적인 사람은 군중이다. 일상적인 어느 사람도 하나가 아니고 다수이다. 그리고 그것은 내면의 수 많은 잡음과 끝없는 다툼의 이유이다 - 많은 목소리, 많은 얼굴 - . 일부분은 무언가 하고 싶어한다. 또다른 일부분은 단순히 그것에 반대하여 뭔가 다른것을 하고 싶어한다. 우리가 우리 자신을 함께 지킬 수 있는 것은 기적이다. 그렇지 않다면 우리들은 계속해서 부분 부분 떨어져 나갈 것이다. 중심이 없다. 주인은 실종됬다. 다만 하인들이 있다, 그리고 각각의 하인은 자기가 주인이라는 것을 주장하려고 노력하고 있다. 잠시동안 각각의 하인은 왕좌에 앉는다, 그자신을 주인으로 선언한다, 그리고 그대는 그 순간, "이것이 주인이다."라고 생각한다. 분노가 있을 때, 분노가 주인이 되지만 곧 그것은 사라진다. 그 것은 끊임없이 바뀌는 장면이다. 분노 뒤에 후회가 온다. 그러면 후회가 주인이 되고 그대는 미안함을 느낀다. 때때로 그것은 사랑이다, 때때로 그것은 증오이다, 그리고 장면들은 빠르게 바뀐다. 아직도 그대는 그대가 너무 많은 것일 수 없다는 것을 알아차리지 못했다. 우리들은 우리 앞으로 오는 모든 것들과 동일시 한다. 분노의 구름이 가득 할 때, 우리는 우리가 분노라고 생각한다. 사랑의 구름이 있을 때, 우리가 사랑이라 생각한다. 자비가 있을 때, 우리를 자비라고 생각한다. 슬픔이 있을 때, 우리를 슬픔이라고 생각한다.
우리는 그 어느 것도 아니다 - 우리는 지켜보는 자이다! 분노는 오고 갈 것이다 그리고 지켜보는 자는 그 곳에 있다. 슬픔이 오고 사라진다 그리고 목격자는 남아 있다. 기억할 것은 목격자는 그대를 더욱더 통합적이도록 만든다는 것이다. 왜냐하면 그것이 끝없고 영원한 유일한 중심이기 때문이다. 오직 증언의 영원한 바위 위에 진정한 삶이 건설 될 수 있다.
